Our 10U Tridents are focused on strengthening fundamentals, building confidence, and challenging players to reach their full potential. As our athletes continue to grow, we emphasize accountability, teamwork, preparation, and competing with purpose—both on and off the field.

THE 10U STANDARD
DEVELOP SKILLS
Strengthen baseball fundamentals, improve game awareness, and continue developing the skills needed to compete at a higher level.

Build confidence, accountability, discipline, and the courage to lead by example.

Encourage teammates, communicate positively, and learn to put the success of the team above individual accomplishments.

4 TOURNAMENTS
The 10U team plans to participate in four tournaments during the season, providing players with valuable competitive experience, opportunities to strengthen their skills, and continued growth as athletes and teammates.
2027 SEASON & COMMITMENT
FEBRUARY
Approximately 1–2 indoor practices per week, focusing on fundamentals and team development.
MARCH
Approximately 2–3 outdoor practices per week, weather permitting.
APRIL–MAY
MULTISPORT SUPPORT
Tournament play. No regularly scheduled team practices to accommodate Little League commitments.
The Tridents organization supports multisport athletes, Little League participation, and All-Stars. We do our absolute best to accommodate our families' commitments throughout the year.
JUNE
Final tournament and conclusion of the season in June.
